How Evercrest Started
Fred Cook grew up in the building trade. His dad ran a general building business covering everything from roof repairs to groundworks installations. While other kids were doing school projects, Fred was on building sites learning the real work—discovering what works, what doesn't, and why quality never takes shortcuts.
After years of working alongside his dad and building his own expertise, Fred decided to establish Evercrest Property Care Ltd. Not to become a huge corporate operation, but to bring those three decades of practical knowledge—the lessons you can only learn from hands-on experience—to property owners across Cambridgeshire who need roofing and groundworks work done right the first time.
